Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting Error: Could not connect to server

While connecting to hosting service using FTP client, I was getting below error message -

Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server

Solution -

You should
assign the correct directory path while creating the FTP account under cPanel. If you will assign the invalid directory path or if the directory path will not exist then the provided error will occur.

I've just fixed it by
recreating the FTP user from cPanel >> FTP Accounts and assigned the correct directory path.

All resolved!
