The following errors were found : Drupal not upgrading using Softaculous

While upgrading the Drupal from 8.19 to 8.21 from cPanel >> Softaculous Application Installer, I was getting below error -

The following errors were found :

But actually there were no errors, just above error message. :/

cPanel Error log ( /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log ) -
sh: /opt/cpanel//root/usr/bin/php: No such file or directory

Solution :-

1. Try to remount the cagefs.
2. If it won't work then try to update the PHP versions for your service.
3. If it fails then please note, there is bug with Softaculous upgrade filter to detect the correct php version selected using EA4 MultiPHP Selector.

Note :-

cPanel is going to include the patch in next Softaculous version. You can place Ticket with cPanel. Currently they are providing patch for file 'softaculous_filter.php' which we'll need to upload on server on this path -

/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/hooks
