Level 3 Tech Roles

  • All L2 requirements, but also know: Shell Scripting, Command line programming.
  • Expert understanding of the Linux OS, including advanced concepts of server performance, server security, disaster recovery, backup restore and server migrations.
  • 3 years’ experience in technical support or system administration role (or equivalent).
  • cPanel certifications, including System Administrator, Cloud certifications AWS.
  • Server migrations, Advance setups, DNS clusters and Mysql replications.
  • Cloud migrations, Advance skills in cloud storage and Databases.
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.

Web Developer Roles

  • 3+ year experience working as a Developer(Front end & Back end).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot development issues in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency using and administering CMS websites.
