Account Creation Status: failed Each username’s first 8 characters must be unique.

While creating the cPanel account on WHM, below error was generated -

Account Creation Status: failed
(XID p8ac8x) The name of another account on this server has the same initial 8 characters as the given username (username of your account). Each username’s first 8 characters must be unique.

Solution -

1. Make sure that username for the account which you're going to create should contain different 8 characters. Every account should have unique 8 character in the username.
2. Make sure - Require a username prefix on names of new databases and database users [?] - is Off in tweak settings.
