network error: could not connect to server.. xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:port

Sometimes the Java VNC for windows server doesn't work and shows the error message as below:
network error: could not connect to server.. xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:port

Commonly, this is because the service is not running on the port you are connecting. In our case this has been fixed by changing the VNC port.

This can be resolved by following the below steps -

1. Login to your SolusVM admin portal.
2. List the causing VPS.
3. Go to Settings.
4. VNC Port.
5. Change the port something lower than 100.
6. Reboot the VPS and try to reconnect VNC.

That's it!
