How to resolve the 404 error message on the website with the temporary URL?

To access website while developing we often need to see how it looks, there is an option available on the WHM server to check website using serverip/~cPanel_username (Temporary URL) but whenever tried to access temporayr URL, getting 404 Not Found error.

For example :- 1.2.3.4/~testing where, 1.2.3.4 is the server's IP address and "testing" is the cPanel username.

Solution :-

You will need to exclude particular cPanel username from Apache mod_userdir tweak setting through WHM > Security Center > Apache mod_userdir Tweak.
