587 sender verify fail for <email address>: No Such User Here

I was getting the error while sending email as -
587 sender verify fail for <email address>: No Such User Here

Solution:-

1. Make sure the domain is registered and pointing to the proper server.

2. If it's correct then please make sure the email account is created under cPanel >> Email Accounts.

3. Now, check the email routing is set correctly.

4. If all is fine then please make sure permissions on the shadow file are correct. It should be 640. The shadow file will be on the path - /home/user/etc/domain_name.

If all is set up correctly then restart the Exim and try sending the email. It will work!
